Sounds like your dealer is taking liberties and is trying to extract more cash.

If your bike has a plastic (not carbon) nose, the centre stand and the heated grips it is certainly a Touring and w ...

Maintenance & Reliability?   Posted: Tue Mar 06, 2012 7:32 pm
I think generally they are reliable, but... most people seem to suffer from one or two niggling faults that you should get sorted under warranty. A common ones is a poor rear brake and less common on ...

Re: Thanks   Posted: Mon Sep 05, 2011 6:14 pm

difference between standard & touring   Posted: Tue Aug 23, 2011 1:13 pm
I've just honestly never felt the need to change my suspension settings during a ride once I've got the bike set up the way I like it. Or, it could be that it just wasn't worth the trouble to me. Whic ...

difference between standard & touring   Posted: Tue Aug 23, 2011 12:04 pm

I don't think it's quite ...

The standard (aka base) model has no DES, this is the major difference. So no push button suspension (but you can adjust the suspension manually and there is a knob you can twist to quickly change th ...

Just about any bike is much faster than most cars, and it takes a while to ...

Known issues and Reliability   Posted: Mon Aug 09, 2010 8:53 am
