Hi all,
at first I introduce myself.
My name's Marcello, am italian, and I live in Bologna. In fact my house is in Borgo Panigale, a place I think you know pretty well... Laughing
So, even if the Ducati factory's front doors are not more than 500 meters from my house, and I'm a biker 'till I was 6 years old, I never owned a Ducati.
Now, a friend of mine, got a Multistrada 1000, I tryed it and I definitively liked it! Very Happy
Yesterday I went to the Ducaty Factory retalil store here in Borgo Panigale to get more info on the 620, that is the model I'd like to get.
So, I'm here to ask you all Multistrada's enthusiasts an advice and your opinions (the good, the bad, etc.) about the MTS 620.
Thanks to all.
Marcello

In fact it's something little strange. They build a big store just in front of the factory, they sell almost everything about Ducati, from clothes to Performance Accessories. There's also a workshop where workers from the factory put thier hand on your bike. But, at this time, they can sell only used bikes and new ones to employees. This because there is another official store (but not owned by Ducati) in town which has the exclusive rights 'till the end of '06.

>try it, buy it, love it!
I tryed, I loved it. Now I just have to buy it! Laughing

Hello Marcello
I bought a new 620 two weeks ago and I am in love with it!
The bike is so easy to ride in or out of town and it loves the twisties. I am only still running in the engine so limited to 5,500-6000 rpm but its still plenty of fun. Can't wait to get it fully loosened up. Go on do yourself a favour, buy a 620!

To Doctor_john: The weather here isn't too baaad! Very Happy
I owned 3 bike (excluding the moped of my 14's...)
a Gilera RC 125, a Honda Transalp 600 and the last one, a Yamaha Fazer 600 that I sold last summer. Next will be definitively a Multistrada 620! Laughing

To Doc: I'm afraid I'm not kidding... Embarassed Would you like an evidence? Perhaps a photo of me, standing in front of the factory with the daily local newspaper? Laughing
