I couldn't tell any actuation difference myself on the new (300 miles) test bike and my 11k mile 2005. Perhaps if the clutch was hot, I was on a hill and fully loaded or something it would then show up. Not trying to say you couldn't feel it, but I didn't on my test ride.
Along with the extra bottem end, I noticed how much I liked my new bars over the stockers most |

I feel the same way, I have a 2006 620 Dark and i was waiting for the new model to upgrade but now I see it comes with the wet clutch. I want to upgrade for the extra HP the 1000 or 1100 offers and also the Ducati dry clutch sound or trademark, but now I am terrible disapointed, now I am considering other options not as confortable as the multistrada, no offense to the Monster lovers but maybe the new S4Rs will be my next bike, or wait for the supermotard. I am looking for a brand new 1000s DS 2006 if you find one let me know, any color, just for the dry clutch!!! |

Seattle Ducati has one.
Alternately, you could retrofit a dry clutch, I have no idea of the cost. A new outer case and all the clutch parts...

$12.5, black only.
Tell David Mark from PA sent you.

When I bought my bike they were very straightforward on the sale.
No idea how much shipping would be, I would guess a small 'document' fee for doing all the documentation (really the fedex for that stuff), setup/delivery and thats about it.
Oh wait, for shipping did you mean the 'to dealer' delivery costs?
Give them a call or email asking an out the door price, they should be able to give you that pretty quickly.

does any 1 other then me feel this way ? | | | |
NOT
After owning two Ducati's the wet cluch would be fine especially on the MS1100. I can take or leave the rattle so long as the V-twin music is playing nice and loud.
Ducati most have thought others felt like "huskyduck" because they put the dry clutch on the Hypermotard which is essentially the same engine as the MS1100. |
