Except for the spark plug tool the rest is lame. Go to a auto parts store, I like NAPA, make up a set. Look for tools with changeable bits and will work with other tools....you'll be better off.

Agreed, the tool kit supplied is poor, you're better off making your own up. |

The stock tool kit is worthless: A cheap plug wrench and a cheaper screwdriver, the kind that you get to use once then have to throw away because it'll bend.
+1 on Cruz Tools |

Craftsman also makes one that is nice and is currently on clearance. Was $99.97 currently $64.97. It doesn't have everything you need and has a few things you might take out to save weight and or space but it's a pretty good kit for emergency roadside use. Make sure to get the 34 piece kit as the 35 piece is SAE not metric. http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/product.d...UseBVCookie=Yes

Nicko,
If you received the owners manual with the bike you will see that when it comes time to adjust the chain tension the owner is advised to go to a dealer (because there are no tools to do so in the bike)!!!!
That's how empty and ridiculous the stock tool kit is.

Bob |

I actually like the Ducati spark plug wrench. It's exactly the right length and width to fit inside the holes in the "S" carbon belt covers. Removing the plugs were easy with it. I'm going to keep it in my Cruzmetrix case which doesn't come with a plug wrench. |

The service manual states the chain tensioner wrench comes in the tool kit. I don't need the whole tool kit but does anyone know how to get this tensioner wrench? |

My bike didnt come with one, but i use a spanner wrench i had from an old Honda bike that i had.
You can probably pick up one for $8 from any motorcycle store/dealer |
