During lunch a colleague lent his almost new MS 2013 for a spin in and around Brussels. I was quit pleased with the experience and I might consider switching.
I currently have a 2007 GS Adv (second GS, had a R850R before). I have had my fair share of problems with electronics, abs, cardan, but seen I do 25000+ km's a year, overall I am pleased with the reliability. (all weather)
I would like to know it I can expect from a MS the same kind of milage/maintenance.
I should be able to do (with normal maintenance costs) 25000+ km's/year for 4 to 5 years and have a reasonable returnvalue.
Is this possible with a MS?
Ciao,
Bert |

Perfect timing potomacduc. Umberto, do some searchs on this site and you'll see the different problems that have occurred, and how they've been resolved. In reality, next to none have been electronic. |

No reason a multi can't go as far as one cares to ride it, with normal maintenance. Maintenance costs should be no more that with your beemer. |

Thanks guys for the feedback. The fact Ducati did not foresee the MS going over 100000 Km worries me a bit but he looks really "tempting" anyway |
