Best advise for all potential 'Strada buyers : NEVER EVER PURCHASE A DUC FROM THIS DEALER: Battley Cycles Rockville Harley Davidson (301 948 4581). They are some of the worst in the business and handle their customers rudley, unprofessional, and uncaring. Their supposed Duc "specialist" Saleman does not even ride a Duc. He (Robert Boyer) rides suzukis! He told me he has never owned or ridden a duc, (put he sure know alot he thinks).

My ordeal:
I go to the dealership to purchase a Strada. I needed financing so... I filled out the forms, fine. So now they say that they are too busy to process the app so call back tommorow and speak with your sales rep ( the supposed Duc Specialist).
Call back and the Specialist does not work this day. Uh huh?
So day after (DAY 3) I get ahold of sales guy, Financing needs some paper work from me. Fine
Day 4
Day 5 - Have all the nessasary paperwork for them (student loan account status, insurance statement) fine. Still can pick up the motorcycle till tuesday ok.
Day 6- saturday (dreaming about duc)
Day 7 - Still dreaming
Day 8 - Monday, cant wait to hear from sales guy. calls and says that the one oclock pick up is a no go, but 5 pm is ok. Fine
Day 9 - Speak with sales guy at 10:30, confirm 5 oclock pickup
Day 9 - 3:30 pm sales fool (no longer a human) calls to inform me that the service techs dont have time to put bike together so maybe tommorow at 12 and oh by the way (this coming from sales fool) I had called the other dealer you had said you got the other offer from....they said they have no strada with the bags for sale. Needless to say I called the other dealer and confirmed that the same bike is still there with the bags. My father (who is a great lawyer) called the sales fool, told him that he had seen and sat on the machine and that it is a real offer. Sales fool refused to apologize for accusing me of lying and said to call his manager.

POINT OF THE STORY IS: STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THE SALES HAVE NO CLUE WHAT A DUCATI IS NOR DO THEY HAVE A CLUE WHAT PLANET THEY LIVE ON.
