KTM adjustable risers (Part No: D-28mm 595.01.039.044)
There are 3 heights that they can be adjusted, you see here the highest setting. In order to lower it, you just remove one or two of these pieces shown in picture.

Gear change pedal is straight in the '04 versus the "curved" '03 pedal (like "S" shape). I spotted  this on all the black Multis I've seen.
