This is what I used:-
1 x SKF BAH0062 Angular Contact Special (BAH0062) = £39.59
2 x 42x52x4mm R21 NBR Oil Seal (42x52x4_SC) = £10.80
1 x NK4230 Needle Roller Bearing With Flanges Without Shaft Sleeve 42x52x30mm (NK.4230) = £22.45 (All + VAT + Postage)
