Re: Low milleage Multistrada, any hints to search for?
Hi
I always find that you can get the previous owners details from the registration document, get his phone numbers from the phone company and ask the guy questions
I have been phoned in the past and was happy to tell the truth about the bike
Hope that works where you are
Chris

A yamaha thundercat600 for a few months, then a W reg honda vfr 800fi (not vtec) then a triumph daytona 600 for a couple of months. Went to the dealer looking for a aprillia futura when the sales dude said try this (MTS)

Re: Multistrada 1000 as first Bike?
hi rob
I was going to say that it would be fine to get the 1000 as a first bike. I had 3 months on a sport 600 4 on a vfr and 3 on a new mad 600 before moving away from the dark side into the light.
Generally I short shift alot (change gear early) and potter around and other times I'm honing around ...

Re: Anyone gone from a sports bike to Multistrada?
Hi Stu
I came from a triumph daytona 600 to the mts and i could not be more pleased. The riding position suits far better (i am 6 2) The trumpet needed to be in double figures to get any real get up and go where i feel the mts goes from anywhere. You feel you are going faster when you are not (happy ...

Re: buying ex-demo
Hi Guys
I bought an ex demo MS for 6300 with 128 miles on it.
Yes I was worried that as an ex demo every man and his dog would have jumped on and thrashed it to death. But the price convinced me as it gave money for carbon bits screens seat termi panniers etc.
So I am not too fussed now
