Hey Gents, thanks for the replies, that's great info, I should probably budget for springs and maybe a revalve on the rear shock. I am definitely getting one of these things, I can't find anyone with too much bad to say except for the maintenance, and I'm a handy sort so it shouldn't be a big deal ...

BMW is backing them up on it(according to the dealer) not sure about Ducati. Many of the manufacturers have forbidden their dealers(cars, bikes, sleds, campers etc)from selling to Canadian buyers to avoid the obvious effect on the Canadian dealers. Whether or not there is an actual issue or ...

I'm sure that they are the same bike, the problem is that our local dealer(who also deals in Beemers and Yamaha's)arbitrarily puts a 500 dollar"paperwork charge" on any bike bought from the States and then brought in for service. I guess with the strong dollar they are seeing sales disappear and ...
