Two up touring does not work so good - the grab rail bite into your passangers backside is he/she is anything but a 21 year old waif model :wink:
Must say that 400km a day trips are doable -just get the DP comfort seat for passanger - this also stops the annoying "riding the tank" situation on ...

I found that with the DP passanger comfort seat the passanger does not slide forward into me, but it does raise them higher and thus more hunching over you. Also agree that with pre-load dialed out to the max loading up with pillion and panniers still makes for slow and carefull cruising ...

Hello Jim,
It will be worth trying a lighter flywheel and dropping a teeth or two on the front sprocket on your S4R - it makes the bike easier to ride at lower revs, but, have to say, also unleashes the desmo devils easier when at pace. Still, for little money you can have more flexability at lower ...
