My '09 1100s is my first Duc and first bike in ~20yrs. I haven't done the extensive riding many on this forum have, but I can tell you that it is a great balance of performance, comfort and utility. I think you'd be hard-pressed to find another bike equally as capable in all three areas.

First off, great choice on the color...white is definitely the fastest. Not sure if you are after new, used or either, but Life Cycle in Kalamazoo, MI has a new '09 (white) on the floor. I'm sure they are ready to deal.

I bought my '09 1100S (white also) last year and was already unable to get the performance exhaust for it. You may be OK with the items you listed, but others will definately be unavailable...at least through Ducati. That said, +1 for the comment about after market items; you should be able to find ...
