Re: Want to by 1100s...with some issues

At that price it's a great bargain. Given the substantial saving I'd be tempted to get it serviced and sorted by a reputable specialist, unless you really know what you're doing. That way you should have a 'baseline' to start from as they will have all the tools and software to sort it out properly ...

Re: Want to by 1100s...with some issues

At the risk of stating the blindingly obvious, it's cheap for a reason. You may sort it for peanuts and get the deal of the decade, or buy a total lemon. I guess that at that price you could always break it up to recover most of your outlay, should you realise early on that it's going to be a money ...

Re: About to buy a Multi and here is a penny for your thoughts.

There are +s and -s to all of them, but my instinct goes for the first one, although a new dash is not cheap. There is a chap on this forum called Multigatto, who is based in Italy, who occasionally has dashes for sale. The Corbin seat could be worth it too. At first glance I'd say you could get ...

Re: Where the Heck can a Brother get a Center stand?

If you search the Forum you'll find Gregski (I think) had designed one that I think got a bit beyond prototype stage, but it then stalled. I'm sure if you did get to fabrication stage at a reasonable price orders would ensue.

Mileage is only one of the parameters ...

Re: Multi mirrors

These aren't too bad. I've got them on my bike. A touch fragile but they don't shake and are cheap:

Note: I got mine elsewhere ...
