WTB: Rear RH foot peg holder plate, for 2003 1000DS
Looking for part number 824.1.079.1A, which is what Ducati calls the "Rear RH foot peg holder plate." This is for a 2003 1000DS.
If you have one to sell, please let me know.
Many thanks,
Rob

Gengras in East Hartford had a leftover 2008 S model when I was there a couple of weeks ago.

Re: Yellow '06 620 ... thinking about it
I agree with archkevinbrown and Railroad Bob on having the 600-mile service done at the dealer's expense. Also, since this is a bike you want and not need (), negotiating on the price a bit might make sense.
And I assume you meant that there are NO signs of a tip-over or other mishap?

Re: Monster 1000 or Multistrada 1000
Hello, Frederic:
I moved from a Monster 620 to a Multistrada 1000, and couldn't be happier with the switch. I find the Multistrada to be much more maneuverable than the Monster, and the ergonomics suit me better. It also depends on what kind of riding you want to do. The Monster was great around ...

Re: finally buying my MTS!
Battam,
I bought my MTS from Pro Italia in Glendale. It had 2500 miles on it, and had been sold and serviced by Pro Italia. Previous owner had it painted yellow there in LA; Pro Italia can tell you where. The paint job is excellent. Overall, the bike looks very good, in my opinion, but I like ...

Re: Serious "Jones" for a Multi
Hey, 'dog:
I recently sold a Monster 620 and bought a gently-used Multistrada 1000DS. At 5'10" and 190lbs. I find the 1000DS to be just right. Don't get me wrong, the 620 was a great bike, and lots of fun, but the greater power of the MTS 1000 really makes a difference, and has expanded my riding ...

Have you tried Munroe Motors on Valencia in SF? Also, if you ever get down to LA, give Pro Italia in Glendale a try. Good luck!

Raj, yes, I've got one or two people who might be able to take a look at the bike, but hearing from you is still a big help. (And your message made perfect sense to me.)
