just curious , what did you like better about the multi vs. the st2? I really like my 2000 monster 900s except it's just not as confortable on the freeway and highways leading to the twisties with my older back .

The seller never replied to me so i think i scared him away. Thank you everyone who replied with some very good advice. I will keep looking although i am leaning towards the dark side ......... a 2001 ST2. Multies are still few and far between my price range unless i sell my monster

Thanks for the helpful ideas, i emailed the seller with a lot of questions yesterday but have not heard back from him or her. Maybe i scared em off . I will keep the board informed as this could be interesting

I'm a little suspicous about the ad . He listed some upgrades , a corbin seat and it's pretty obvious it is a sargent. Also the bike has black stock looking rims and i think the 03's had silver. The price seems pretty low $5500 for only 5300 miles. Does the 03 have the immobilizer and if so is it 1 ...
