I've bought 3 bikes from Ducati Seattle (the latest being a used MTS 1000) and they are a great dealership. Their service department has some real nice guys as well, and Dave will take care of you if there's ever a problem.

That being said, it's probably hard to get much of a deal on the 620 ...
