I paid $8000 for my 05 that had only 1400 miles on it from a private seller. This was in Jan 2007. If they want to sell it in this economy they should be able to do better.

I am looking to get the left side panel, left rear panel as well as the windscreen fairing preferably in Red (it's faster you know).

I was told that it would be close to $600 to get my scratched bits repaired and painted. :( The shop told me to try to find the parts rather than repair them ...
