Look at the F650GS[its a detuned 800 twin] cheaper in price, lower seat height, tubeless tires and more street manner than it's big brother the 800GS.... It is a lot smoother throttle control than the 620....And smoother clutch action.
But I still love my 620 MTS, ....but would gladly add the BMW ...

I got to demo an F650GS which is a 800cc bike detuned from 85 hp to 71hp.

I own a 620 MTS and found the deference between the two pretty substantial.

The seat height is a little bit lower than my 620 but about 2-3" below the more dirt specific F800GS. At low speed and at take off the BMW was a lot ...

I was a happy 06' 620 owner until this week, gas started leaking alot from under the tank. I was told that the tank had warped and it would be a while til they get another to replace it.
I hope warranty takes care of this rare but serious problem?
Good thing I wasn't far from home or a shop ...

Like "Dinola" I paid $7000 for my 620 during the fall get them out of here deal. They told me at the time that it was $800 less than what they paid for it, and that Ducati would make up the difference.
It will be a bike in high demand because of its size and all the things it does right.

I've also got a BMW 03'GT @ 130HP and thats too much with over 600lbs. for my handicap self,

I find my 14T 620 just right for fun and if I was a better rider as most could be the 620 has a lot to offer,

I'd like to drag a knee, but haven't ,yet or can't .
So its just right my GT will go 150mph and ...
