Hey guys, is it legal for a dealer (in alabama) to not disclose the fact that a motorcycle has a recontrusted title (which means it was salvage and had to be rebuilt and inspected to be operational again) when they are selling you a bike?
I just realized this happened to me and can not find any legal ramifications of this on the internet and of course since it is Saturday I can't call the DMV and I haven't being able to locate the manager all day
If the bike was reconstructed and it is in perfect condition now, how much less (in percentage) is the bike worth?

Rule of thumb that I've heard is 50% of non totaled value.
