I have a nice new(ish) VFR800 but while I'm fond, I'm not smitten, and am looking for a commuter with charm. I don't know how I overlooked the original Multi when I was last looking for a road bike, but now I'd really like to know if I should ditch the VFR for something with more excitement. Anyone kind enough in the MD\PA\VA area to offer a test ride to an experienced adult in exchange for a 6er\VFR ride\lunch\you name it?

I'm not as far as you think. Just a 4 hour ride from MD. Where I live is well worth the trip too! Just PM me. I also have friends in MD, so I may come out next spring. I will not travel with the bike for sale but i have another 1100 and a 1200 to ride.

The MTS will have a bit more personality than the Interceptor... two separate worlds, really.. but shoot yeah, on out to Washington, Alleghany, Garret county, WVA, lots of awesome roads...

More personality is what I'm hoping for. Didn't really get a test ride on the VFR before purchase, just went on what I had read. Big mistake! It's just a bit too soft for me, and I really miss having a sporting V-Twin.
