I just bought an 05 s model from Corse in WI with 2500 miles on it. They threw in the DP side paniers and mounts for free, and the top on I got 25% off.

Since I plan on keeping the bike for many years and following yours comments. I am not incline to shop harder and get the S version, well I'm gonna bit the bullet (with my eyes closed at signing of the contract) and forget about ever wondering if the S would have been better
