I was interested in the Multistrata 1200 standard as I'm turned off by all the electronics of the S...Coming from a BMW K1200S and facing $3700 to replace the electronic shocks...Is it possible to mount the side bags/panniers of the S touring model to the standard 1200?

Absolutely. In fact, Ducati has had several promotions where they offer the side bags for free on the Standard bike if you buy the ABS version.

Yep. Also, seriously consider springing for the top box as well. It's HUGE and exremely functional...

I've had a standard 1200 for 2yrs now & got Givi panniers/brackets set up which are cheaper than Ducati's.thynes wrote:I was interested in the Multistrata 1200 standard as I'm turned off by all the electronics of the S...Coming from a BMW K1200S and facing $3700 to replace the electronic shocks...Is it possible to mount the side bags/panniers of the S touring model to the standard 1200?
