Broke my OEM pedal(and my ankle too) so I need another gear shift pedal. I have an '06 1000s. Should be the same '04 - '06.

sorry to hear about your ankle.... but that is a part of the risk...
I think it doesn't matter what shift pedal you buy or install. Last year I had a crash somewhere in the Italien mountains. I went to the Ducati dealer in Carrara and they only had a shift pedal of a MTS620... That went on to my MTS1000DS and all was fine. I guess it's all the same.
