1 x SKF BAH0062 Angular Contact Special (BAH0062) = £39.59
2 x 42x52x4mm R21 NBR Oil Seal (42x52x4_SC) = £10.80
1 x NK4230 Needle Roller Bearing With Flanges Without Shaft Sleeve 42x52x30mm (NK.4230) = £22.45 (All + VAT + Postage)

Please note that the oil seals above are single lip and NOT double as usually fitted.

NEW INFO:
SKF BAH 0062 bearing is very hard to get from SKF dealer but it has Ducati part number which is: 70240111A. Ducati doesn't point it out in spare parts catalogue for MTS1000 but it exists and is available on the market as a "new old stock".
