Which Multistrada the 620, 1000/1100, or the 1200?

I'd say the 620 would be a pretty nice step from the s50, but the 1000 or the 1100 would all be a pretty big step and the 1200 is not a good idea for a newer rider.

I read an comparison article in an american motorcycle magazine once comparing these 2 bikes. The conclusion from the article?
Both are very good sport touring bikes.
The Ducati is more sport than touring compaired to the Triumph which is more touring than sport.

I had less prior mechanical experience than you, when I started my own valve adj. I would say if you do your research (LT synder and desmotimes is a great place to start) valve adj are not as bad as some believe.

I am not trying to be an ass. Seriously! But I after reading some of these post I realized just how versatile the multi realy is. Sounds like the big guys out there feel very comfy on the bike, and I am only 5'9", 170 and the bike suites me just fine as well.
How cool is that.
