Steve I always give the same advice to those who get grief from their pillion passengers and that is to encourage them to get thier own bike.

If I wanted to go and play on the odd nice Sunday we get in the UK then I would add to Mr Bloors alreadt substancial bank balance but If I wanted a bike that I could also play on plus tour and commute and enjoy a gentle day out around the counrty lanes then I would add to Italy's export figures

I used to own a non Vtec VFR 800 which if I compared it to to the MS I would some up as follows
For every day transport and user friendliness The VFR wins hands down
For riding pleasure and Fun There is only one winner The MS of course.

I don't know about the States but in the UK the two marques that hold their value are Harly and BMW, Certainly not Ducati. Ask any Brit who has tried to trade in his Multistrada recently
