As some on the ST form know, I'm considering selling my ST2 and getting a MultiStrada. I haven't ridden one yet, but have been checking them out.
What are the differences in the 2005 from the 2004?

I know the following:
Seat
Windsreen

What else?

Hi-I'm in the same boat. I am also selling my st2 and looking for a MTS. Mt old kness can't handle the st2 anymore for distances. That MTS is a phenominal bike. Why are you selling?

I think that the bike will be better for the type of riding I do mostly now. I rarely ride at speeds faster than 75mph, and seem to be mostly relatively local rides. I also am quite enjoying finding backroads that I don't know- and maybe even don't know where I'm going.
Since many of those are pretty slow roads, often gravel, I think the MS would be better for that. The ST is pretty good on gravel, but I am not very comfortable on the bike at low speeds- or maybe I should say I'm not as comfy as I could be.
Sitting on the MTS felt really good, I do need to take a ride and see if I will really like it as much as I think I will or not.

The bad part, the ST is paid off, and I don't really feel like spending 12 grand on a bike!
