hey all just looking for some feedback for a potential purchase that i may make soon.i have found an 04 mutlistrada that has run into the back of a parked car ! so needless to say the front is in a bad way,the forks are snapped in half and the top frame tubes are torn away from the steering head.it also needs an oil cooler, calipers ,speedo.i'm not too worried about the fairings and headlight as i will probably go for a bit of a naked look at the front there.but i'm not overly sure about the frame ,which i think should able to be welded but the dash concerns me a bit with the whole immobiliser thing ,would it run ok with out the factory dash ? i am going to go back again with a battery to see if it will fire up.i figure if it's a runner that even with the parts to get it on the road again it will be a good deal. thanks for your input,grant.

Grant.. the bike is done... its not worth fixing, the frame if that bad would require extensive work and time to make it true , the dash imobiliser , etc are must haves ..the list is probaly longer than you know.
It may however make an excellent parts bike , the engine alone would be saleable.. it depends on how much they are asking for it but it should be cheap as in well under 2k and even then the gamble is yours..
