How could they do that to the frame!? I like the mag bits, though.

I know a little history on this bike. KCI in San Antonio did this up for the original owner. It was on sale at Ducati Austin about a year ago on consignment. At the time it didn't have the blue wheels but did have the blue frame.
Of course it was hidden back in the garage. Who would want that on the showroom floor. (shudder)
Oh, and those are NOT Ohlins on the front, the guy had them recoated.

Hmmm....
All's it needs are some apehangers with tassles and leather saddle bags.

C'mon it's not THAT bad. Just paint all the blue parts back to red or black and it's actually a nice bike. I would also remove the cat but overall it wouldn't take much work to fix it up nice.badger wrote:Hmmm....

Ok I'll agree with that one.falcofred wrote: There is proof that money can't buy good taste.![]()
In all fairness to the seller he does state that in the description and clarifies that in the Q&A.ge360 wrote:Oh, and those are NOT Ohlins on the front, the guy had them recoated.

True and its good that the current seller is being honest, but when I saw this last year the then owner had gone as far as faking an Ohlins sticker on them. I don't see it in the pics now. Just don't want any of us to misconstrue what's being offered.wayward wrote:In all fairness to the seller he does state that in the description and clarifies that in the Q&A.ge360 wrote:Oh, and those are NOT Ohlins on the front, the guy had them recoated.
