if I should have got a Multi ? I have a GT 1000 Sport Classic well one of my bikes anyway. It seems I turned it into a Multi for my recent trip back east. Let me list some thing I did to make my trip more pleasurable. 1. Wired up XM ( a MUST have ) w/ram mount. 2. Garmin GPS-V w/ram mount 3. Tourmaster tankbag & saddlebags.

Anyway there was very little room left for my ample backside. I just thought a Multi would have been roomier with more protection from the elements

So you're seriously thinking Multistrada? It's definitely a different experience from the GT.
