Make sure it has the Evap/Charcoal cannister. Many have been removed.
I don't live in CA or know the specifics, but my guess is that they want it on there.

I would say that in most cases demo riders likely didn't care about if the demo was broken in or not when they rode it. Doesn't mean it's a problem or will be a problem. It likely won't, but you just don't know.

So get them to throw in the extended warranty on the demo and enjoy. If that doesn't ...

Is that $10400.00 your out the door price, including taxes and fees, with all the options you are talking about (Termi's etc.)? Is that just the bike with no add ons?

Now that the NA dealer show is over, I'm not sure how quickly the 2009s will be available. No later than November, I would think. The dealer has 2 or 3 brand new 2008 black multis and the '07 demo on the floor. I'm thinking that for me to take the 2 year old demo they'd better be at $9500 ...
